• Since I am currently home-based, strictly no companions or extra guests are allowed during your appointment.

• Appointments take 2–3 hours depending on the design — if you’re in a rush, please wait to book until you have the time

• My time may be flexible; however, the 15-minute grace period is the maximum I can allow. Message me asap if you will be late so I can prepare accordingly, especially on tight schedules. I don’t charge late fees, but please respect my time and other clients coming.

• Please arrive with bare nails — I don’t encourage removals that aren’t mine

• Foreign removals may have an additional charge compared to removals of my own work

• I do not accept foreign refills for sanitation purposes. I have to completely remove it and then replace it with my own work

• Extensions typically last 4–6 weeks with proper aftercare.

• The exact address will be shared once your appointment is confirmed

• Please notify me at least 1 day in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule; cancellations on the day of the appointment will be charged full price.

• Repeated late arrivals or multiple last-minute cancellations may result in being restricted from future bookings (exceptions apply if I need to cancel)

• No-shows without messaging me prior to your appointment will result in being restricted from future bookings automatically.

• Since I do have another job, rebooking missed or canceled appointments may be more challenging. Please try your best not to be late or to cancel, as I cannot guarantee an exact reschedule date.
